About Me!

Hi there guys!

I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about my background and what I'm up to!

First off, my name is Crissy, I am 21 and have recently made the big move away from my parents and in with my lovely partner of 3 and a half years! I have spent most of my education (secondary school & college) trying to rake up as much experience as possible in different specialist industries which ultimately did not work out very well for me and resulted in a big overhaul of my life, the people in it and the direction I want to take.

One of the biggest steps I've made as you have gathered from above, is moving from England to Wales, I have been here now at the time of writing this for over a month and I have to say the views are absolutely stunning! certainly a great location for creativity thats forsure!

I've decided to pursue hobbies and interests of mine which I would never have dreamed to consider for a career as I always thought i knew exactly what I wanted to be, now years later I am actively putting all of my effort into making something of my artistic abilities, whether it is selling my own artwork, working for a company as some sort of artist or even pursuing my ability to write professionally by writing my own set of novels.

One of the big things that I eventually want to start posting about is a medical condition that is very close to my heart, not only because I have it myself but because of how common it is without women realising it, It's called PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), It is extremely common and as many as 1 in 5 women have this condition with no idea, I wanted to use this space to also provide advise about specific diets and activities that can help those with pcos so if that is something you would be interested in stick around!

For more info on pcos please take a look at the following website: http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/polycystic-ovarian-syndrome/Pages/Introduction.aspx

So this blog is kind of my way of documenting this stage in my life as well as being able to flex my creative muscles to provide some helpful stuff for anyone who happens to stumble across this blog in need of recipes, inspiration of even just a laugh or two.
